Lambton College Community Employment Services provides a one-stop access point to a variety of free programs and services, available to job seekers and employers. With offices located in Sarnia and Petrolia, job seekers and employers can book an online or in-person appointment by calling 519-479-1009, text 519-312-3189, or email CES@lambtoncollege.ca.

Free Services for Job Seekers

• Assessment of skills, interests, and experience
• Job search strategies, including resume resources and interview preparation
• Supported job search, job matching and placement, job retention services
• On-the-job training, work experience, help in maintaining employment
• Information and referral to other employment and community services
• Free printing, faxing, access to job boards, and use of computers for job search
• Information about careers and occupations, local labour market, employment, and training opportunities

• Web based job posting service
• Pre-screening potential applicants
• Assistance with job matching and job placements
• Access to job coaching and mentoring services
• WHMIS, Health & Safety certification
• Financial incentive information
• Job fair and recruiting event assistance
