Now well over a decade in business, Eddington’s attributes the restaurant’s success to creating flavorful and creative meals consistently using the best of Huron County’s bounty.

Owner James Eddington states “we are so blessed to be living in such an agriculturally rich area of the world”.

Although the local food movement is really starting to take off, it has always been the driving force in Eddington’s kitchen. A menu that changes frequently, as each season inspires the delicacies our region has to offer.

Eddington’s occupies the original Carling homestead (built in the 1870’s). After two major renovations, an addition of a new dining room and a serene outdoor backyard summer patio, the restaurant has a clean and modern look while maintaining its traditional and warm feel.

Eddington’s offers a culinary art experience. Eddington’s specializes in continental cuisine prepared with local fare presenting the perfect casual fine dining experience. Eddington’s offers a summer patio and reservations are accepted. Our menu changes frequently as each season inspires new delicacies that our region has to offer.

Everything is prepared fresh by a professional team of Chef’s and culinary enthusiasts. Eddington’s recently purchased a 25 acre farm in the region. We pride ourselves on growing quality fruits and vegetables from seed • you can taste the difference. Ingredients we don’t grow, we source locally whenever possible. We pride ourselves on the relationships we have made with our local farmers and producers.
