In 2019, Jon founded Baker Holdings Corporation which now oversees and manages over $7M in residential and commercial property throughout South Western Ontario. With this experience, Jon has the qualifications and passion to help others conduct Real Estate transactions in this market. Jon joined Maverick Real Estate Inc. to assist in the company’s expansion by opening and managing their Exeter office.
Jon is grateful for the opportunity to pursue a career in his hometown. Growing up, he has always been very active in the community through sports and volunteering. He enjoys his summers either on the water or the golf course while his winters are spent in arena’s playing hockey. In Jon’s early teenage years, he also dedicated his time to working and volunteering in the construction industry. This provides him with the knowledge he needs today to complete renovation projects as well as provide his clients with a fulsome and critical appraisal of a property’s value.
